Crisis Line
(860) 224 - 3331
Recovery is real, everone matters, and there is no such thing as a hopeless case.

If you need us, call us, 24/7:
(860) 224 - 3331
After CMHA's CRISIS Team receives the call, they mobilize to wherever the individual wishes to meet and provide services immediately. CMHA's CRISIS Team drives unmarked vehicles and do not wear uniforms in order to preserve the privacy of individuals.
Depending on the nature and severity of the psychiatric crisis, the CRISIS Team will help the individual to connect with and retain the appropriate level of services for ongoing care. Once the individual is involved with an appropriate level of care, the CRISIS Team will take a step back unless needed for follow-up services.
