Supporting Causes Across the State

As an agency, CMHA strives to be a resource for not only the communities we serve, but other providers and organizations as well. Collaboration and mutual support is key to making sure the needs of our communities are properly met.

That is why CMHA's Chuck Bascetta, Michele Santos, & Helen St. Germain were happy to participate once more in Northwestern Connecticut Community College's FreshCheck Day. Taking place across campus, the event encourages dialogue about Mental Health and also educates students about available resources.

CMHA also showed their support for ThePetit Family Foundation this month byparticipating in their first-ever Paint & Sip fundraiser at the Art Studio of Connecticut in Southington.

Ambassador Meaghan McFall Gorman joined the foundation to depict one of Michaela's Four O'Clocks, which is the first-ever Children's State Flower in the United States.
