July 2021 Staff Spotlight

Czes Dzierlatka, Lead Peer Recovery Coach

A staple of CMHA since starting with the agency in June of 2019, Czes has recently been promoted to the position of Lead Peer Recovery Coach. Czes' engaging, personable nature has helped countless clients access and stay in treatment. He looks forward to providing leadership support to his fellow Peers and developing more peer-led groups in his new role!

Raymond J. Gorman, President & CEO

Peer Support is critical to the recovery centered services that CMHA provides. That is why Gorman, a staunch advocate for quality, accessible care throughout his years of experience in the public and private sector, has accepted a position as an appointed member of Governor Ned Lamont’s Task Force To Study Peer Support Services.

Ali Saleh, Recovery Specialist

CMHA aims to provide compassionate, culturally aware services to all who enter our doors. As a CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic), we continue to expand our ability to serve diverse communities. Ali Saleh, Recovery Specialist is actively helping to coordinate those efforts with our Muslim & Arabic-speaking community members, recently providing leaders of the Attaqwa Mosque in New Britain with a tour of 233 Main Street. Thanks Ali!
