A strong supporter of the residential system programs, especially during these times of Covid, Katie has been an invaluable asset to all 5 of the residential programs at CMHA. She knows and understands all of the clients at each site, and can always be counted on to have a 'plan' or activity ready. Clients talk about and look forward to her activities all week. Alysia Fiducia, Recovery Specialist

Being on the Next Steps / Housing team means working with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, beyond just housing instability. Alysia consistently goes out of her way to make sure that clients' needs are met, even staying late to help a client put gas in their car to enable them to get to a shelter. The Next Steps / Housing team works with individuals facing numerous challenges related to housing, including food insecurity. Amanda has regularly gone above and beyond for her clients and their families. Especially during the holiday season, she made sure clients had food for their table and gifts for their children and families. Thank you, Amanda for always being there for our clients!
