GORMAN APPOINTED TO TASK FORCE TO STUDY PEER SUPPORT SERVICES
President & CEO Raymond J. Gorman has helped to lead CMHA, one of the largest behavioral health care providers in the state, for nearly 15 years.
A staunch advocate for quality, accessible care during his 40+ years of experience in the public and private sector, Gorman has recently been given the opportunity to further serve the people of our state as an appointed member of Governor Ned Lamont’s Task Force To Study Peer Support Services.
“I am confident that the knowledge and experience that [Gorman brings] to this position will be of great value to the Task Force,” wrote Matthew Ritter, Speaker of the House.
"Peer Support is critical to the recovery centered services that we provide at CMHA and throughout Connecticut's behavioral health system," said Gorman, "I appreciate Speaker Ritter's confidence and look forward to the work of the Task Force."
